I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Ordering the commission by DMing me in my social media contact.

Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials, pose, or assets before Work begins.

Work completion per person requires 3-30 business days, or longer if I'm busy (Max 2 month).

All commissions are digital products only.

Pixel artworks are simplified, detailed character will fully simplified.

For YCH No WIP will be shown unless requested.

Communication will take place through Discord or X.

Minor revision is free (color, error on my end, etc).

Max revision 3, more revision cost 5k/5$

By default, commissions are for personal use only. For commercial usage depends on the usage.

I retain the right to display, share, or publish the artwork.

When posting the finished work, please credit me as the artist.

You cannot edit, re-sell the art.

You will receive original size, 1000% size, GIF, watermark, comms with BG and Transparent for pixel art.

I do NOT accept perfectionist in this comms, because this is not pixel perfect illustration. there will be messy pixel.

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, training, or otherwise using the commissioned artwork, in whole or in part, in any artificial intelligence (AI) system, dataset, generator, or related technology. This includes; creating videos/animations of the Commissioned Art since you have to Upload the Artwork to an Ai.

I will not claim the rights to a client’s character.

Full payment must be received before I begin working. (For YCH Pixel only)

For normal commission DP 50% or full payment.

The remaining payment must be paid after the sketch if you decided to down payment first.

No refunds once I have started or completed the commission.

Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to the Client when Artist is ready to begin work.

Invoices must be paid within 72 Hours, or the commission may be cancelled.

If you cancel the commission before work begins, you will receive a full refund.

Payment can be through Paypal (For International), Qris (For local).

Final artwork will be delivered digitally via email or google drive.
